Salads can be of fruits or vegetables
& eating vegetables keeps our weight stable
making as fruit salad needs fruits and spices
& now a days we get them at low prices
To be fit is taught in our school
& eating salad is really cool
it can be of macroni or sprouts
& hearing of it water comes in our mouths
So guys if u want to be healthy and smart
so take this menu card
choose the options of salad two or one
as it cotains so much of nutrition
& I am telling u eating sald is much fun

As we do preparation
for the tough exmination
in the same way we should do meditation
this helps in our healthy body's formation
this is taught in our physical education
If u wanna be tall & strong
so eating junk food is totally wrong
as ladiestalk about new suit's stock
we need to talk about fitness and morning walk
Being under or over weight
people really hate
be healthy be fit
in this way you'll look slim and supr hit
So for body'sproper formation
do yoga , excercise and meditation....

ENVIRONMENT

I got the letter that my friend sent
it was all about the polluted environment
I thought about the pollution
but did'nt get any sollution
as it was a difficult situation
Then I thought about saving environment and earth day
Heywhat do u say? it was rather a good way!
So love the environment of your earth
as it is the place where we all got birth
and living here is really worth....

MY STUPID DREAM.....

So it all started at night
when my sister and I had a fight
when my family slept
I cried and wept
The dark room
The long and dirty broom
my friends came
we played a game
that game I boght from a stationary
but it was not ordinary
it was all about ghosts and witches
and threads and stitches
Istarted feeling scared
then my friends stared
there was a loud sound
and someone seemed horrible and round
He was coming near
and was eating a pear
but, it's colour was not green
as I have generally seen
it was black
and he had a sack
He was quite weird
as that ghost had a long and red beard
He had a strange light
& I can tell u it was a horrible sight
The lights were flashing
The things were crashing
Then I started to scream
Afterwards I knew that it was MY STUPID DREAM......

Guesss whom....

Every day I say hi!,
do you know why?,
because it's my friend,
which cannot bend,
I can give you a clue,
it's colour is blue,
it cannot talk,
it cannot walk,
